While searching for a commercial kitchen to produce “My Mary’s Jelly”, our biggest obstacle, of course, was finding an affordable kitchen space in which to start a small business. Available facilities were too expensive to allow our product to compete in the marketplace. What we found instead was that we were not alone.
In this time of recession and massive layoffs, everyone is looking at any and every way to provide for their family. Every one we spoke with expressed the same frustration of not being able to produce their products at home, but not able to take on the financial risks of opening their own commercial kitchen. We're excited to be able to offer a commercial kitchen for rent by the hour. We're here to help individuals realize the joy and profitability of owning their own small business or develop and reach their culinary goals by giving them an affordable commercial kitchen.
Your Commercial Kitchen, Inc. provides facilities in the Springfield, Missouri area for individual product manufacture, catering preparation, mobile food vendor preparation and cleanup, cooking classes, and much more.
