The Commercial Kitchen is a fully equipped commercial kitchen. It meets all the building codes and health requirements for you to make your products for wholesale and retail . We provide everything except your ingredients and packageing. For more detailed information see "Starting Your Business".
The Demonstration Kitchen is a smaller kitchen designed to have the intimacy of a home kitchen with residential size equipment. This kitchen is perfect for the chef that wants to give cooking classes or demonstrations. It is also a great place if you just want to have a private dinner party with a dozen of your friends with your own private chef or one of ours. (seating capacity 24)

However, our space is so versatile, foodies from all over the state and beyound have found unlimited ways to enjoy socializing and food. If you can dream it, we will help you make that dream a realitity.
Our Little Chefs Club
Offers hands on cooking classes for children as young as four years old.
They learn about new and different foods and healthy eating, as well as strengthening their scholastic skills all while having fun.
If they make it, they will eat it. (or at least try it).
Each child receives an apron and chef’s hat they take home with them. We request a parent or adult stay with the very young child during class to share in the child's excitement at his/her accomplishments.
YCK is also a great place for a child’s birthday party.
Friends & Family Private Dinners
You can enjoy private dinners in a space that sets everyone comfortably.
Cook your meal yourself or bring your own chef, or use one of our chefs to prepare your favorite meal.
Demonstration Kitchen
In the demonstration kitchen you have a front row seat as the chefs work their magic and instruct you on how to do it yourself. Chefs from the finest restaurants in the area have found it a great place to invite clients from their restaurant in to cook private dinners and build a rapport that ensures repeat customers.
Camera System
Our camera system in the demonstration kitchen allowsyou to record the special event on DVD and enjoy the fun again later.
